Hello, I’m "Big John Little", President of The Winner's Edge Consulting, Inc., where we operate on our core principles, Challenge Greatness, Be A Leader, Make A Difference. We consult and train coaches, parents and student-athletes on improving their leadership abilities, increasing their performance and improving their communication.  Combining educational and professional experience in the worlds of sports and business, I have the perfect balance to help coaches and athletes alike maximize their performance and impact.

I have focused on creating solutions for businesses and individuals to overcome barriers and increase productivity. I have nearly 20 years experience as a practitioner, manager, trainer and consultant. I have created, developed, produced and conducted in-person and online training programs for hundreds of professionals each year.



As an Accredited DISC Training Provider with over 32 contact hours with Authorized IACET Provider Personality Insights of Marietta, GA, my passion and dedication to spreading the understanding of models of human behavior. This is evident in the creation of The Winner's Edge Consulting, Inc., a company focused on increasing exposure, understanding and acceptance of the DISC model for businesses and individuals alike.
